The Captain of the Port (COTP), Delaware Bay is notifying mariners that the port has secured from Port Condition Whiskey and has returned to Normal Port Condition in the Delaware Bay and River, Cape May Harbor and Canal, and the New Jersey ICW.  (Winter Port Condition One remains in effect).
